Work closely with legal professionals to ensure efficient resolution of claims. Provide excellent customer service at all times, maintaining the firm's reputation for quality. Handle any claim-related queries, providing clear and concise information. Assist with the preparation of reports and other documentation related to claims. Stay informed about changes in the legal industry, particularly regarding claims processing. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Service department. The Successful Applicant A Successful Claims Assistant Should Have Proven experience of working within a fast paced customer centric environment. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information. A customer-focused approach, always aiming to provide the best possible service.
