Our client is a lovely car dealership looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.

Service Advisor Role:
1. To Manage all service telephone and Walk-in enquires
2. To meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer’s needs for at vehicle drop-off
3. To progress and update the customer throughout the day
4. To discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer. Advise, and forward diarised unsold work
5. Carry out inspections where necessary before handover to the customer
6. To ensure you deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
About You:
7. To have dealership experience as a Service Advisor is preferred
8. To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
9. To have a valid driving licence
10. Good working knowledge of Kerridge
Package :
Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.30, Saturday on a rota basis (every other) 8.30 – 12.30.
£25k Basic to the right candidate with Bonus and Profit share added should be £30k or above OTE
