We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for our well-established client based in Basildon.
This is a great opportunity to learn some new skills whilst working closely with the rest of the team.
Duties will include:
* Dealing with customer queries and enquiries
* Preparing estimates/quotations for customers using Sage accounting software
* Processing orders and purchasing materials
* Production of drawings and specifications using Autocad/Illustrator
Knowledge of Sage, Autocad and Illustrator is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
