Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team at Akkodis. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for creating new weekly team meetings and external stakeholder engagement, developing and monitoring project management tools, and tracking costs and forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practises, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Responsibilities:
* Creation and facilitation of new weekly team meetings and external stakeholder engagement.
* Creation of new project management tools, such as action tracker, milestone tracker, and risk register.
* Develop, monitor, and report planning and implementation in Zoho and Planisware.
* Creation of cost tracker, alignment of all cost tools, track and analyse monthly actuals, PO commitments, and forecasting.
* Strengthen stakeholder links, interdependencies, and risk management.
**Qualifications:
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Technical engineering understanding/background ideally within Aerospace.
* Knowledge/awareness of Systems engineering (Test/Design).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
