Costings Administrator Location : Ripley Office, DE5 3QL (Fully Office-Based) Salary : £27,000 - £28,000 per annum Hours : 8:30am - 5pm Holidays : 20 days Birthday off We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Costings Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Ripley office. About the Role: As a Costings Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the costings team, ensuring accurate data entry, invoice reconciliation, and the organisation of cost-related documentation. You will play an integral role in maintaining up-to-date financial records, supporting the smooth running of our cost control processes. Key Responsibilities: Data Inputting & Maintenance : Accurately input cost-related data into spreadsheets and internal systems, ensuring all records are kept up to date. Tickets and Invoices : Collate tickets with invoices and ensure consistency between the two. Purchase Invoice Queries : Raise and track any invoice discrepancies, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Administrational Duties : Assist the costings team with general admin tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining organised records. Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to take responsibility for tasks and see them through to completion. Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
