We are seeking reliable and professional Taxi Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and courteous attitude. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to navigate various routes within the city.
Duties
Safely drive passengers to their desired destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Maintain the vehicle in good condition, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment.
Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, fares, and local attractions.
Assist passengers with heavy luggage or other items as needed.
Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fare details.
Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate fare collection.
Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly to management.
Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is advantageous.
Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers with their belongings.
Experience in a customer services industry is beneficial but not essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with diverse passengers.
Proven ability to maintain a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions.
