UP TO £35K DOE | HYBRID | EXETER Our client, a dynamic organisation, is looking for a highly organised Bookkeeper & PA to manage finances and provide admin support to the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll handle transactions, expenses, and financial reporting, while also managing diaries, travel, and stakeholder communication. If you have strong accounting skills and excellent organisational abilities, this could be the perfect fit Hybrid working available, with Mondays on-site. Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper & PA: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing diaries, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings Assist with processing invoices, managing expense claims, and supporting financial reporting activities Handle and maintain accurate records, ensuring easy access to essential documentation Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across departments Key Requirements of the Bookkeeper & PA: Minimum 1 year’s experience in an administrative or PA role Minimum 2 year’s experience in an accounts/bookkeeping role Proficiency with Sage, Xero and accounting software Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong organisational abilities Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude Benefits: Basic pension plan provided 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays) 40 hours per week, with hybrid work options, though Mondays are mandatory on-site Free tickets to all events Free parking on-site Discounts at local shops Free yoga classes on-site Note on Sponsorship: We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorisation for this role.
