Job Summary
As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality occupational health services to employees across UK sites.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement occupational health policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and excellence across all aspects of the role.
* Lead and manage the OH team across the UK, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective occupational health strategies.
Requirements
* A Registered Nurse with Part 3 qualification from the NMC.
* A postgraduate occupational health qualification.
* An MSc/BSc in occupational health or a related field, with relevant management expertise.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
