Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities – Social Media Manager:
* Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
* Create captivating content on behalf of the organisation's social media sites, including blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content.
* Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
* Develop and implement social media strategies and tactics to increase customer engagement and conversions.
* Manage budgets for paid social media campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness.
* Manage end-to-end delivery of paid social campaigns, from planning to optimization.
* Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Collect consumer data and analyze social media interactions to create reports and improve marketing strategies.
* Monitor and report progress on all platforms using analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
* Increase traffic to the website and subscriptions to magazines.
