About the Role
Morson Talent are excited to be recruiting for a Customer & Operations Coordinator on behalf of our esteemed client, Severn Trent. This role is within their Tankered Trade Waste Team, focusing on coordinating bookings, supporting internal teams, and maintaining effective communication with valued customers.
This is an office-based role, handling inquiries via phone and email, without direct face-to-face customer interaction. You will be the main point of contact for booking requests, managing them through Microsoft Dynamics, and supporting customers with a new booking system (full training provided).
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of 5 at the Stoke Bardolph site but will regularly interact with a wider team of 22 across 7 different locations. The supportive office environment ensures collaboration and guidance is always available.
Key Responsibilities
Booking Coordination: Manage and process customer booking requests, ensuring all waste is booked in advance using Microsoft Dynamics.
