About the Role: As Group Accountant, you will work closely with the Group Head of Finance and be responsible for overseeing financial management across the Academies. Your role will be key in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to ensure the financial stability and growth of the Group. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, driving process improvements and ensuring that financial functions are agile enough to support ongoing development. Key responsibilities include: Leading the production of financial management information Leading on the creation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning & analysis Collaborating with key stakeholders to improve financial processes and systems What We're Looking For: Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA or Qualified by Experience Experience: Proven leadership experience in finance across any sector Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and team management abilities You will thrive in a collaborative environment, where your contributions will help refine financial operations and support growth.
