Our client in Swindon is looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator. This is a permanent position starting immediately for the right candidate.
Duties:
1. Account Management – build and maintain relationship with customer accounts as allocated.
2. Process all customer orders including water, exchanges, Sanitisation requests, Salt etc. State name to ensure that there is a reference point.
3. Input all orders onto system and print ensuring all are allocated into the corresponding tray.
4. Route call customer’s daily, amending deliveries as required.
5. All orders processed accurately and ensure an audit trail is available.
6. Respond and resolve all customer requests and queries in a timely manner and within the agreed timescales, taking ownership of these queries.
7. Print copy invoices and POD’s if requested.
8. Ensure all Special deliveries” are delivered and completed within the agreed timescales and update the customers prior to a delivery being missed.
9. Ensure all drivers headhelds are uploaded / downloaded daily.
10. Responsible for maintaining and working with drivers on your designated routes on a daily basis.
11. Perform all administration tasks accurately and on time in accordance with procedures.
12. Work closely with colleagues throughout the business on a daily basis.
13. Able to identify customer needs and report sales opportunities when required.

Knowledge:
20. Good understanding of the routes and geographical areas.
21. An understanding of the products and services available.
22. Previous customer service experience.
