You will have a high level of integrity, drive to make a difference and be a natural collaborator, managing a team of Commercial Analysts providing support across various business units, projects, and responsibilities.
Package and Benefits
* Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Job Role
* Manage a team of Commercial Analysts providing support across the entire company.
* Coordinate a variety of projects across multiple businesses and team members.
* Engage with the external sales team and stakeholders to gather reliable market data.
* Manage business performance analysis to track and report on product ranges.
* Identify progress against targets and formulate decisions to drive success.
* Review the commercial viability of new products being developed.
* Analyze demand and manage stock levels.
* Generate reports for management and coordinate solutions with various departments.
* Support the Commercial & Sales Support Department as needed.
Skills and Experience
* Strong record of managing and leading teams.
* Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within timeframes.
* Strong commercial acumen with an analytical background.
* Positive, open, and objective attitude towards others.
* Flexibility to integrate change with minimal resistance.
* Project management skills to coordinate and drive various projects.
