The Technical Sales Engineer is a key position within our clients established Sales Team. The postholder will play an important role in managing customer accounts while driving sales and ensuring exceptional service. Experience within the Metal Fabrication sector is a requisite for this role. WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU? THE ROLE Key Account Management Account Management Oversee designated customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Project Coordination and Progress Tracking Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to prioritise and expedite customer projects, ensuring they progress smoothly through the facility. Quoting and Pricing Product Quality Inspection and Assurance Customer Satisfaction and Post-Sales Support Sales and Performance Reporting THE PERSON Proven experience in the metal fabrication sector. Proven experience in technical sales or account management. Strong understanding of technical product knowledge, sales processes and customer relationship management. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. Previous experience in ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
