The Role and Responsibilities Capsticks has an established team doing defendant clinical negligence work in Leeds on behalf of both NHS Trusts and GPs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team delivering this work in Leeds and developing existing relationships with health care organisations. Skills and Experience We are seeking a self-motivated and ambitious Associate / Senior Associate to join our highly regarded and expanding clinical negligence team. The successful candidate will be expected to have litigation experience and be able to demonstrate an interest in defendant clinical negligence work as well as understanding the needs of our client base. The role will involve managing a caseload of claims on instructions from NHS Resolution and assisting other members of the team on higher value or complex claims involving maximum severity injuries. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with a partner who will supervise your work and there will be opportunities for client contact and business development.
