As a key member of our team, you will oversee the repair and maintenance of water networks across specific areas. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise operational repair and maintenance activities to resolve issues such as poor supplies, no water, leaks, and water quality problems.
Key Responsibilities
* You will lead operational teams responsible for repairing burst mains, leak repairs, stop tap operations, installation of equipment, and investigations/tracing supplies.
* You will ensure that work is delivered safely, on time, and to client expectations. In addition to Health and Safety, customer service is critical to our clients.
* You will provide leadership in ensuring accurate information capture of works undertaken, including photographs and meter asset details.
* You will regularly visit local site levels to review progress and performance and ensure standards are adhered to.
* You will conduct team briefings with teams on a monthly basis; coaching and developing repair and maintenance teams to reach their potential.
* You will complete team inspections to ensure high compliance with quality and right-first-time operational delivery.
* You will act as a Health & Safety Representative; undertaking health & safety inspections in and around the workplace, raising health and safety-related matters with management, and investigating reportable accidents or incidents as and when they occur.
