SALES ADMINISTRATOR – ADDLESTONE – BASIC £30-35K DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (flexibility on hours, if needed)
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales administrator to join a market-leading independent estate agency. The role will be based at their Addlestone office. You will be working in a busy environment where you will work at a fast pace to keep up with the workload created by this dynamic team. No two days will be the same in this role, so you are guaranteed variety due to the nature of the business.
The role:
* Support the busy Sales Teams within the offices with a variety of administrative duties.
* Produce sales brochures and relevant marketing literature.
* Compose letters and emails.
* Handle telephone enquiries.
* Support the Sales Teams in monitoring/completing all documentation relating to property transactions.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance standards.
* Consistently deliver excellent customer service.
* Use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Place stationery and equipment orders.
* Assist the senior management team with invoicing and payroll.
* Work to grow and establish good relationships with local schools and organisations to cement sponsorship opportunities.
* Manage social media presence, including Instagram and Facebook profiles.
* Handle overflow calls from the sales team.
* Sort, research, and distribute post.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Previous administrative experience.
* A desire to become an integral part of the team.
* Ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organised with excellent planning skills.
* Strong spelling and grammar skills.
* Competent IT skills with experience in Microsoft Word.
* Good attention to detail.
* Proactive nature with good problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience within an administration role is desirable.
The ideal candidate:
* Will have worked in an estate agency environment before as an administrator or in a sales or lettings position.
* Will be well-organised and have a passion for property.
* Will have strong administrative skills.
