We are recruiting for a receptionist for our client a luxury hotel in Truro to start immediately. The ideal candidate needs to be a professional individual with hotel experience who is a self – starter and can work independently.
Pay rate:
* £12.21 p/hour
Shift pattern :
* 5 Days a week
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival
* Efficiently manage and direct incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner
* Inform guests about hotel rates, services, and amenities with clarity and accuracy
* Handle reservation inquiries and confirmations, ensuring proper room allocation
* Complete guest registration and check-in/check-out procedures with attention to detail
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest room bookings and reservations
* Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, both in-person and by phone, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
* Collaborate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any guest concerns or issues
* Accurately complete and maintain incident reports, daily activity logs, and any other documentation requested by management
* Review guest accounts and charges during check-out, ensuring accuracy and processing payments in a timely manner
