We are looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist to play a pivotal role in transforming our organisation to achieve higher efficiency, quality, and performance.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
* Support the delivery of the Operational Excellence roadmap.
* Lead significant process improvements that impact both customers and colleagues positively.
* Design and deliver Lean and Six Sigma training to leadership.
* Facilitate Value Stream Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping, and Kaizen events to identify and eliminate waste in processes.
* Coach managers and our community of Green Belts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across various functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire innovative approaches.
* Proven experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process excellence.
* Demonstrable track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights effectively.
* Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Required Qualifications: Lean Practitioner, Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or equivalent certification.

This role requires regular travel to operational sites across the North-West of England; therefore, a valid UK driving licence is essential. This hybrid role allows for a combination of site and home-based working, providing flexibility and support to ensure success in your role.
