Blessed Mother Teresa’s Catholic Primary School is part of the Painsley Catholic Academy and the Governors are seeking to appoint a committed, hardworking Teaching Assistant to be part of our highly professional and caring team. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who will:
1. be prepared to support and contribute to the Catholic life of the school
2. have a sound understanding of the National Curriculum and be an effective classroom practitioner who can meet the learning needs of all the children
3. maintain and develop very good progress and high expectations
4. have high expectations of behaviour
5. have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
6. be committed to raising self-esteem as well as standards
7. work effectively within an established teaching team
8. support parents and children in their learning journey
9. hold a level 2 or 3 qualification
