Job Title: HR Business Partner
Salary: up to £47,500pa
Location: Oxford / hybrid
JGA are partnered with a reputable Education Group seeking an HR Business Partner. We are seeking a candidate with current experience at a secondary school wanting to step up into a more strategic role.
Well-rounded and balanced HRBP position across Generalist HR / ER, Recruitment, Absence Management and ad-hoc HR projects.
Responsibilities:
* Managing all ER casework across disciplinaries and grievances.
* Advising SLT on performance management concerns, and providing HR advice/support to staff.
* Developing recruitment strategies.
* Ensuring all clearances, checks and safeguarding are compliant.
* Responsibility for HR records and policy.
Skills required:
* Current schools HR experience.
* Generalist expertise across the whole HR Generalist remit.
* Employee Relations experience.
* Must be able to drive as this role will evolve into managing multiple sites.
