Reporting to the Operations Support Manager Main Responsibilities Provide the team and wider firm with administrative support in line with the Company’s workflow ethic Work responsibly to support the needs of the fee earners and the priorities given delivering a quality service Photocopying, printing, document binding, document bundling, CD and USB production, scanning Operating case management system including storing documents electronically – organising and attaching to relevant matters Using BigHand workflow system to pick up job requests in a timely manner Ensuring compliance is adhered to, including completing all new client Anti-Money Laundering Checks Creating new clients and matters on the case management system Scanning on of incoming post and managing document storage both electronically and hard copy Printing and preparing enclosures in readiness for outgoing post Skills Required Experience as a legal secretary/secretary, including the use of a digital dictation tool. Computer literacy, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A typing speed of at least 65 wpm/90% accuracy. Excellent attention to detail, including spelling and punctuation. An ability to organise own work effectively and plan well to meet required deadlines. This role will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service, Baseline Personnel Security Standards, Counter Terrorist Check and Security Check, or Developed Vetting clearance.
