The Opportunity As a Client Partner, you will build & maintain client relationships, both new & existing. The goal is to ensure Gattaca retention of clientele and facilitate further growth. The role will be to serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns & needs. We are looking for a proactive and organised person to join our successful and welcoming Solutions team, where you will manage two of our longstanding and successful MSP Accounts. Responsibilities: Build & strengthen client relationships of those in your portfolio to achieve long term partnerships Maintain accurate client records & account plans keeping track of any contract renewals and updates Work with Sectors to ensure KPIs are being met & any roles not filled / challenges are fed back constructively to client with suggested solutions Develop a thorough understanding of our products & service offerings to better upsell & cross sell to clients Be the key point of contact on client queries & address their needs Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress & find new ways to improve business / processes Generate progress reports for clients & senior leaders Understand client budgets and forecasts & flag any deviations from this Identify upsell & cross sell & renewal opportunities with existing client/s or their supply chain Proactively research market trends and competitor insights to provide clients with strategic recommendations. Support the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure alignment with client goals. Key Skills: Being able to understand challenges, resource requirements & commercial opportunities of the client. Being visible both internally across the business as well as externally with the client/s. The ability to communicate with variety of stakeholders with an aptitude in fostering long-term relationships. Solid understanding of budgeting & reporting on progress. Ability to multitask and juggle several clients / responsibilities simultaneously.
