Your new role This part-time HR Services Officer post is interesting and varied, supporting the organisation's HR services - providing advice and high volume administration. This includes calculating statutory maternity leave, sick pay and annual leave, making contractual changes and sending associated letters for all changes. You will also support a wide range of other activities including recruitment, contract changes and payroll administration. This is a fast-paced environment with a team ethos. What you'll need to succeed This opportunity is part-time and will suit an organised and experienced HR professional with a team ethos and a customer-centric approach.You will need a solid understanding of HR environments, employment law awareness, knowledge of HR systems with attention to detail and confidentiality.Good numeracy skills.Please note a basic DBS checkYou will need to be able to commit to a minimum of 6/9 months assignment.
