Recruitment Co-ordinator
Location: Homebased with occasional travel to Head Office in Northamptonshire
Note: Ideally, you will need to be based in the South of the UK to apply for this role
Working Hours: Full time hours Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS!

This is a role that requires a highly organised and professional manner, with strong communication skills, and a comfort with learning new systems, reporting, and processes.
The Role:
1. Managing the front end of the application process with candidates within 48 hours
2. Working collaboratively with recruitment business partners on attraction
3. Screening and shortlisting suitable candidates and referring to the Recruitment Business Partners
4. Support with CRM campaigns for our brand and attraction strategies
5. Work across the team to support Recruitment Business Partners with events co-ordination
6. Advertising and closing vacancies
7. Weekly reporting
8. Coordination of dental events calendar, merchandise, and lead follow up
9. Managing a busy recruitment inbox and directing emails to the relevant person
10. Working with the Recruitment Business Partners on an attraction campaign for high priority vacancies
The Person:
1. Appropriate level of Recruitment Administration / Coordination experience in-house or in an agency environment
2. Excellent communication skills and able to manage stakeholder relationships
3. Highly organised
4. Good working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
5. Interviewing and screening experience
6. Detail-oriented
7. Able to adapt to change
8. Ability and experience of using an ATS
Essential:
1. In-house Recruitment experience, within a large complex organisation
2. Multi-site volume recruitment experience
3. Proven experience of shaping or establishing an effective best practice recruitment and selection service
4. Experience of working within a direct resourcing model
5. Has established self as an expert in recruitment process and practice
