Job Title: Senior Care Assistant : Nights
Salary: A GBP 14.54ph plus incentives
Hours: Full:time, 7pm:7am (including alternate weekends)

Day:to:Day Responsibilities:
: Provide the highest level of care in supporting residents with daily living activities
: Promote independence with a focus on choice, dignity, and respect, while enhancing physical and emotional wellbeing
: Lead your shift, ensuring high standards are maintained and your team feels supported
: Complete medication rounds and ensure documentation is accurate and error:free
: Promote good practice in care, challenge poor practice, and address concerns as directed
: Conduct regular one:on:one meetings with team members and investigate complaints
Essential Requirements:
: Relevant professional qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
: Minimum of two years experience as a Care Assistant
: Awareness of Person:Centred Care Planning principles
: Knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and procedures to follow in the event of allegations
: Live within 30 minutes of the workplace
Preferred Requirements:
: Two years experience in a similar role in a nursing/residential care setting
: Experience caring for residents with dementia
: NVQ Level 4 in Adult Health and Social Care or higher
: Knowledge of the National Care Standards Act 2000
: Experience managing a team
