Up to £44,000 per annum Hybrid – 1 day onsite (Kirkintilloch), 4 days WFH Monday – Friday Iconic Resourcing is working with a key client to recruit an HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract until December 2025. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major HR and Payroll system changeover and support key HR initiatives, including policy development and workforce planning. What you’ll be doing: Assisting with the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system. Contributing to HR policy development and ensuring compliance with employment law. Partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement and business transformation. Managing HR data, reporting, and compliance processes. Overseeing employee lifecycle processes to ensure best practice. What we’re looking for: Strong HR generalist experience and knowledge of employment law. Proven experience supporting HR systems implementation and business change initiatives. Experience in policy development, employee relations, and service reviews.
