Stirling Council Housing Service is currently looking to recruit a Labourer/Driver to join our in-house trade team. We provide Repair and Maintenance services across our housing portfolio as well as undertake Capital Investment work, Major Adaptations and Refurbishments, and the return to lettable standards of our empty properties.
The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of labouring/driving to assist with any of the workstreams undertaken by our in-house trade team.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, have previous construction experience, and have the ability to work as part of a busy multi-disciplinary team.
You must have a full driving licence, be Health & Safety conscious to ensure that our high standard of safety within the working environment is maintained, and be customer-focused.
