Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Financial Planning Administrator to support their team of financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will be vital to the Financial Planning support team.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing administrative support to financial advisors, including preparing client meeting packs and processing client documentation.
2. Managing client records and ensuring data accuracy using CRM systems.
3. Liaising with clients to gather information and provide updates on financial plans.
4. Processing new business applications, including investments, pensions, and insurance policies.
5. Handling client queries, offering a friendly and professional point of contact.
6. Maintaining compliance records and ensuring all documentation is in line with regulatory requirements.
7. Assisting with the preparation of reports and client reviews.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a financial services administration role, ideally within financial planning or wealth management.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial CRM systems.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of financial products such as pensions, investments, and insurance is an advantage.
