Our client is looking for a Logistics Manager with SSSTS and First Aid for a large office fit-out project in CB2. As Logistics Manager, you will oversee the logistics of the site, reporting directly to the Senior Site Management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manage logistics operations for the construction site, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
2. Liaising with stakeholders on the project is key.
3. Managing labour, toolbox talks, deliveries, waste, and general site duties.
4. Dealing with suppliers, subcontractors, and the site team to streamline logistics processes.
5. Maintain oversight of inventory, monitor deliveries, and manage on-site storage facilities.
6. Uphold health and safety standards pertaining to logistics activities.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in logistics management within the construction industry.
2. Strong leadership skills to coordinate teams and manage logistics activities effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills - essential.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
5. Previous experience as a Logistics Manager.
6. SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are required.
