The company was started in 2003 and is a turn-key foundation drilling company with capabilities in heavy hauling, rebar construction, foundation drilling, and concrete construction.
We are currently looking for a Director of Operations for our National Utility Division to join our team, this successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in Operations, with 10 years in Construction Industry, and have knowledge of Utility work and Drilled Shaft.
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
* OSHA 30
* Position requires long hours, weekend work, and able to travel (>50%)
* Strong communication, organizational skills, and people skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Safety oriented
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Provide leadership, direction, coaching and mentoring of Project Management Team
* Coordinate and implement construction schedules
* In-depth tracking and knowledge of all jobs
* Manage financial control and accountability
* Work along with Estimating Department
* Oversee field manpower
* Control labor, equipment, material, and services
* Work with safety leadership and field personnel to ensure CJ Drilling’s safety program is followed on each project
