You will be leading the annual global roadmap and NPD launches for the assigned categories, you will drive the product development process to accelerate profitable growth across the North American market and support product launches in other markets ensuring strategic alignment. The Role Global Product Strategy & Category Management You will be responsible for developing and driving a 3-year product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the global brand vision. By analysing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity, you will identify key growth opportunities that set our products apart. Collaborating with regional leads, you will tailor global product plans to fit local market strategies while maintaining a cohesive global approach. Additionally, you will utilise financial data to inform strategic decision-making and optimise SKU portfolio management. New Product Development (NPD) & Execution From concept to launch, you will lead end-to-end product development, ensuring that NPD aligns with consumer needs and market demands. Managing projects through the New Product Development Stage Gate process, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including NPD, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Engineering, to meet time, cost, and quality targets. Partnering with Brand Communications and Legal, you will define product messaging and claims, ensuring a compelling and compliant go-to-market strategy. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of product launches, including packaging, Instruction Book creation, and product data, to ensure a seamless market entry. Marketing & Commercial Strategy Supporting the brand communications team, you will play a key role in developing impactful marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and support in the development of marketing materials. You will provide the sales team with essential selling tools, including insights, sell-in strategies, and competitive comparisons, to maximise market penetration. Working closely with the Commercial and Finance teams, you will help define pricing and promotional strategies, ensuring profitability and long-term category success. About you We’re seeking creative, commercially minded professionals with: 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role Strong background in product development, category management, or brand marketing Experience working with NPD teams to drive innovation Excellent project management and organisational skills Strong communication & presentation skills, able to engage teams at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Ideally, candidates will have experience in consumer goods or small domestic appliances, bringing valuable industry knowledge to the role. While not essential, additional language skills would be a plus, supporting collaboration across international markets. Experience working with global teams, particularly in the US and China, is also highly desirable, as it will enhance cross-functional coordination and market adaptability.
