Bramah HR are recruiting for an Employee Relations Manager to join one of our fantastic clients based in London. This is a dynamic and fast paced role ideal for an employee relations case enthusiast who is able to manage complex case work and ensure positive outcomes for both the business and their workforce. Although not a role that will see you directly managing a team, you will work collaboratively with an international employee relations team to deliver results across the UK and Ireland as well mentoring team members across the globe. This is a hybrid role, ideal for a genuine people person with the ability to foster mutually beneficial working relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all forms of employee relations casework ensuring HR compliance and high quality outcomes.
- Support the implementation of new proactive employee relations strategy to drive efficiencies in dealing with ER casework.
- To provide guidance to senior leadership and the wider HR teams both locally and in key business locations across the globe on best practice HR procedure.
- To mentor and help to guide team colleagues on complex cases.
- To ensure that the organisations policies meet local employment regulations and legalities.
- To provide reporting on the People Relations team activity to senior leadership.
- To be the prime escalation point for complex and high risk case work.
