EMPLOYMENT LITIGATOR, 12 MONTH FTC, 3+ YEARS’ PQE, BRISTOL, £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE). A thriving firm is seeking an experienced employment litigator to join their dynamic team, offering a competitive benefits package and an exciting opportunity to grow. JOB REF: 7903
Responsibilities:
1. Handle a varied complexity caseload of employment claims from the initial instruction until the final hearing and beyond.
2. Manage claims efficiently, delivering precise and transparent legal advice, and effectively managing client expectations.
3. Oversee the work of junior employment lawyers, offering expert support and guidance throughout the litigation process.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
2. Solid knowledge and understanding of employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures.
This FTC is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week worked remotely.
