Job Description
* Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting initial interviews.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
* Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage job postings on various platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
* Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs.
* Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
* Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Conduct on-boarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Graduate Talent Acquisition Coordinator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
* A genuine passion for recruitment and talent management.
* Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms.
