Your day-to-day will include:
* Enforcing a culture of performance
* Achieving KPIs agreed with the line manager and reporting progress on a weekly/monthly basis as required
* Planning and prioritising personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims and updating relevant information held in Salesforce
* Achieving or exceeding expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors
* Achieving minimum daily call KPI targets
* Managing multiple aspects of the business, including dealing with customer problems
* Managing pipeline accurately to ensure accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales Director
* Maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
* Maximising revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company's product catalogue and maximising contract length and value
* Responding to and following up on sales enquiries using appropriate methods
* Communicating, liaising, and negotiating internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience: Working in an outbound or account management focused sales role
* Drive and determination: You'll be driven to build a successful career in tech sales!
* Communication: You'll be natural at building relationships and rapport
* Work ethic: Their top performer possesses a strong work ethic - they're willing to do the things that others aren't.
* Resilience: In sales, you're going to be faced with rejection, so you need to be tenacious
