We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive forward strategic HR activities across business units within a large complex organisation. As an HR BP, you will partner with key divisional leadership teams and drive a range of strategic HR & OD initiatives. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will develop the Business Partnering model with a focus on a range of strategic HR activities including workforce planning, strategic resourcing, manager capability, and change.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be undertaking a broad-ranging role with a focus on:
* Employee Engagement / experience
* Workforce Planning
* Strategic Recruitment
* Senior HR support to business leaders
* Organisational Design, Change, Transformation, Restructuring
* Culture
* Strategic Projects such as Performance Management
Minimum Requirements:
* Chartered Member CIPD (preferable)
* CIPD Level 7
* Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large-scale organisations
* Experience of strategic HR & OD including Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders.
3 Days per week on site
3-6 months contract via Hays
