* Position: Sales Advisor
* Salary: £26,000 per annum depending on experience plus excellent all round company benefits, including good pension scheme, private healthcare and 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays. New commission scheme is currently being reviewed
* Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex
* Hours: Monday to Friday only, 09:00 – 17:00, office based
* Role based close to East Grinstead. Due to rural location of the offices, you will need to be a driver and have your own transport. There is plenty of free parking on site for all staff.
We are delighted to be partnered with our friendly, professional, highly established and award winning client as they seek to recruit a Sales Advisor to join their experienced team within their offices close to East Grinstead. This role is available due to strong company growth levels and continued expansion.
The role – Sales Advisor
The primary responsibility is to communicate effectively and professionally with customers in order to facilitate their conversion from enquiry to a consultation, tests and treatment.
Duties will include:
* Handling of enquiries (capturing enquirers details, booking appointments, resolving queries, giving information on procedures, providing advice and practical help) from phone calls, emails, and face to face meetings
* Ensuring completion of information forms and rearranging appointments appropriately.
* Liaising with the admin team and consultants, moving patients new appointments in the event of cancellations.
* Ensuring utilisation numbers are at capacity, rearranging any appointments to ensure that appointments are booked consecutively.
* Focus on conversion and tracking of enquiries to appointments and treatment in order to meet monthly targets
* Ensure the accurate and timely pricing of quotations.
* Prepare sales quotations
* To maximise enquiry conversion opportunities through customer service skills
* Effectively overcome objectives and sell against competitors by understanding unique selling points.
* To attend events
* Undertake all work in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Use the CRM and portal fully and correctly to keep record of all enquiries and interactions to manage and convert enquiry leads
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Coming from a sales background is essential to enable conversions and meet sales targets (up selling)
* Good understanding of IT and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and customer retention management (CRM) software
* Strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision
* Analytical approach, able to ascertain fact, problem solve and seek answers to queries for the customer
* Develop effective working relationships and assist in facilitating effective communication pathways with all colleagues
