Facilities Administrator - London - 1 year FTC (rolling contract)
We have a super role for a candidate who really enjoys supporting in a boutique environment and has a great attitude and is happy to help who is presently working in a facilities capacity.
The role is an early start 7 - 3 daily and the position is for a trusted member of the team to support with a variety of tasks. You also have the option of working 7 - 12 if preferred daily, five days onsite in this City based finance house.
The Role
Duties include:
1. Collect newspapers and distribute/scan
2. Purchase milk, tea and sundries regularly for the office.
3. Collect post and parcels from post room, distribute accordingly
4. Liaise with maintenance contractors
5. Weekend work may happen around 6 to 8 times a year and overtime will be paid
6. Restock bottled water and keep meeting rooms clean throughout the day
7. Set up meeting rooms for meetings and work functions
8. Assist at work functions
9. Assist with set up of digital recording equipment for interviews
10. Order Nespresso coffee pods
11. Deal with confidential waste bags
12. Fill up photocopiers
13. Order paper and stationery, monitor stationery use
14. Empty dishwasher, monitor cutlery usage throughout the day
15. Assist with meetings to include help with name badges and meeting room set-up
16. Flower arranging
17. Stock taking of supplies
18. Help move heavy items around the office
19. Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy throughout the day
20. Make tea/coffee for meetings
21. Book maintenance tests for fire extinguishers
22. Point of contact with office cleaners, provide feedback to senior boss of cleaning company
23. Bind documents
