We are seeking a dynamic Spa Manager and Therapist to lead our spa team, with a focus on creating a memorable and relaxing experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and maintenance.
* Ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our guests in the spa café.
* Manage our exclusive membership program, fostering a community of wellness and relaxation.
* Lead by example, ensuring team members deliver exceptional service.
* Perform spa treatments (massages, facials, etc.) with skill and care.
* Educate guests about our products and recommend personalised solutions whilst driving product sales.
Requirements:
* Spa UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage).
* Previous experience ideally from within either a destination Spa or within a Hotel Spa.
* Management Experience: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage schedules, and oversee day-to-day operations.
* Guest-Centric Approach: Your focus is on creating a memorable and relaxing experience for every guest.
* Promote our premium products and drive sales.
* Ishga training will be provided, but previous experience of Ishga is highly desirable.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
