Purpose
To support the seamless operation of the Digital Experience team by ensuring accurate execution of Seraphine's product launches, promotions, and site updates, while maintaining high standards of quality and proactively addressing on-site issues to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
1. Daily site walkthroughs.
2. Day-to-day execution of product launches, promotions, and local site updates.
3. Proactive management and escalation of any on-site issues.
4. Content Management:
1. Upload, publish, and update digital content (text, images, video) across websites, landing, and content pages.
2. Maintain and organise digital assets, ensuring they are optimized for performance and UX.
5. Digital Experience Optimisation:
1. Assist in implementing UX/UI improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.
6. Project Coordination:
1. Support the coordination of digital projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
2. Communicate with cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve any issues.
7. Testing & Quality Assurance:
1. Conduct testing for website updates, forms, and digital campaigns to identify and report bugs.
8. Analytics & Reporting:
1. Assist with collecting data for digital performance reports.
2. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.
Location
3 days a week in the central London office / 2 days from home
Salary
Up to £28k
Requirements
* Attention to detail.
* Process oriented.
* Exposure to digital teams and Shopify experience are a plus, but as this is an entry-level role, it's not a requirement.
