The Systems Engineering team is growing in order to help the British and Polish Armies fulfil the full potential of the system and to extend and tailor the capability for existing and emerging export contracts. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the Personnel Security Team. The opportunity: The Systems Engineering team works for the Land Ceptor Chief Systems Engineer working to capture and refine customer and systems requirements, identify, analyse and assess potential solutions, to document the weapon system design and to manage the delivery, integration and certification of those designs to time, cost and quality. With an in-service capability to support and capability enhancements to deliver, across a number of customers, Land Ceptor is a great place to build breadth of experience or to put your existing skills and experience to use to deliver military capability.
