We are currently looking for Female* Support Workers to join our friendly team. Ancaster Mew’s supports nine individuals who have resided at Ancaster Mews for many years. The people we support at this service have conditions such as Cerbal Palsy, Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy and Autism. Full training and continued development is available to meet the high level of health needs.
The service has good relationships with local amenities available to the people we support, including access to the local swimming pool, bowling and weekly social groups. The people we support have a wide range of activities in which they partake in, including outdoor pursuits, going shopping and the odd pamper evening with friends. We would ideally like you to have good organisational skills to enhance positive outcomes for the people we support
Our shift times are 7.30-2.30 Early Shift, 2.30- 21.30 Late Shift, and 7.30-21.30 Long Day.

Staff are supported with a detailed induction, continuing professional development and support.
