A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Compliance Learning team here at GSK.
As a Learning Manager, you will work in a global role within the Written Standards and Compliance Learning R&D organisation. The successful candidate will have expert capability in learning processes and tools/technology and will be responsible for the end-to-end development of high-quality educational materials using digital learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, etc. with global applicability for R&D customers. We are looking for someone that is highly creative, thrives in an innovative environment and has strong business partnering and instructional design skills.
You will also be responsible for ongoing maintenance of learning materials in line with customer and business need and have a strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships. An expert learning and development track record is required with demonstrated skills in performance consultation, instructional design and efficient creation of digital learning materials. Basic change management responsibilities are also part of this role.

In this role you will
* Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define the learning needs for regulated processes and create a training strategy for each project using the 70/20/10 model.
* Develop training materials (digital and virtual classroom) using innovative learning tools to create professional, creative, engaging, and interactive learning solutions and develop and maintain project plans for all training deliverables.
* Provide light change management support to the R&D organisation to assist the deployment and embedding of processes and training.
* Keep abreast of new tools / learning technologies and building capabilities to continuously enhance the learner experience.
* Use adult learning principles to design training materials that are tailored to different learning styles and cultural needs.
* Support and guide the R&D organisation on learning best practice and GSK learning standards as a training expert.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Proven expertise and experience using e-learning software.
* Expert knowledge of design, development, delivery and evaluation of professional training in both virtual classroom and digital formats.
* Experience in developing training materials to support regulated processes and procedures.
* Experience of working in a global organisation.
* Strong business partner and customer service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:
* Experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry preferably within regulated organisations.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements including GCP/GLP/GPVP and compliance training.
* Knowledge of Adaptive Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
* Change management practices.
