About the Role:
* You will be the lead professional for SEN, providing expert guidance and support to staff, students, and parents.
* You will develop and implement a comprehensive SEN policy and strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice.
* You will lead the school's SEN team, providing training, support, and guidance to staff on effective SEN practices.
* You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that students with SEN receive the appropriate support and interventions.
