Brand Manager : Aspatria area, Cumbria £45,000, negotiable 8:30-5pm, some flexibility, Mon – Fri – Hybrid role, 2-3 days/week in the office (hotel accommodation provided) MacArthur Recruitment is working on behalf of a successful production organisation who are looking to hire a hands-on, consumer experienced Brand Manager to work for this product led business. Working with the Product Team, you’ll be creating the product materials; copy, images, various product assets and will have a strong understanding of digital. The company is successful, well established and is a lovely place to work with friendly and supportive colleagues. You will also have support from Head Office. Dress criteria is smart- formal / casual. Hybrid role – 2-3 days a week in the office in Cumbria; hotel accommodation will be provided for you. Realistically you won’t be based more than 2-3 hours away from the Aspatria area. Experience of benefit for the role of Brand Manager : Previous brand experience in a consumer market Hands-on creating material, images, copy, producing assets on the products Branded business environment Practical and creative background Worked for a product led business Digital concepts Creating the wider piece Working with internal and external stakeholders Responsibilities for the role of Brand Manager : Brand Communications Delivery and implementation of brand activity across all marketing communications channels. Content creation – Develop assets, content and copy to deliver the messaging for company brands, products and technologies. Brand guardianship - Utilisation of the brand guidelines, language and presentation style to manage consistent, on-brand execution throughout all touchpoints. Brand chronicling – To compile and maintain structured libraries of all assets, content and activities. Product Launch Activity Develop assets, content and copy for new product launches and product ranges. Dovetail with the Product Development Team and the wider Marketing Team to understand messaging and requirements. Launch implementation - Manage the launch to market process to ensure seamless and timely delivery. Sales Channels requirements – Dovetail with the Sales Teams to ensure consideration and coverage of individual Retailer requirements. Product Portfolios - To compile and maintain structured files of all product information, assets and activity. Performance tracking of all activities to inform future activity and improvements. Digital Marketing Assist in the design and development of the company website. Onsite content – Mange all content and wider presentation across the website. Ensure timely updates of commercial interfaces and regular updates of rich content. Offsite activity – Develop content and assets for consumer communications. Channels to include: biddable, display and social media Performance tracking of all activities to inform future direction and improvements. Why work for our client as a Brand Manager?
