Goodman Masson are exclusively partnered with a well-known Insurance company looking to hire an M&A Tax Manager into their growing London team. Responsibilities: Collaborating with the EMEA tax team to enhance placement efficiency and foster strategic insurer partnerships by overseeing the delivery of exceptional client services and results across the UK and EMEA regions. Developing and executing a comprehensive broking strategy for the UK and EMEA, implementing it through the internal network in each country. Supporting the cultivation and management of trusted relationships with insurers in key target regions and product areas. Building robust internal and external networks to unlock opportunities for clients and ensure the provision of top-tier client service. This includes assisting in the preparation and presentation of pitches and market updates to clients. Partnering with regional AMATS CEOs, Financial Lines leaders, Chief Broking Officers, and Regional AMATS Champions to proactively pursue significant private equity and infrastructure opportunities, enhancing our commercial position. Serving as a sector expert to assist other client teams in building relationships, winning new business, and successfully delivering engagements. Expanding and strengthening knowledge of the Financial Lines sector within the AMATS team. Collaborating with colleagues to drive the development of innovative solutions, creating valuable and timely content for both clients and the wider AMATS team. As AMATS grows globally, there will be opportunities for career advancement, including potential leadership roles, increased responsibilities, and ownership of key initiatives. Requirements: ACA/ACCA Qualified or equiv Minimum 3 years M&A Tax experience at Big 4 (GT or BDO) or in In-House Ability to travel into London minimum 3 days a week No Visa Sponsorship provided The role is based in Central London 3 days a week and is paying up to £95,000 30% bonus.
