Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our US team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing placements, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Ideal candidate must be willing to work 3 days per week 1pm-9pm to suit US time.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods
* Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles
* Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture
* Write and post compelling job descriptions across various platforms
* Manage the full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
* Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
* Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and competitive intelligence
* Meet and exceed placement targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate records and reports using the company's CRM system
* Strong focus on KPI’s and Targets
* Use of all available internal software system
* Develop and maintain a network of pre-screened candidates for immediate placement opportunities
* Attend events to expand client and candidate network and act as an ambassador for the organisation
* Identifying and acquiring new clients by building strategic relationships, conducting market research, and promoting the agency’s services
Qualifications
* Third level education preferred
* Proven experience working in Recruitment or a similar sales environment
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
