This growing Northampton-based business is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Manager to lead a small HR team as the business goes thru a period of significant growth.
As HR Business Partner you will carry out a fully generalist role, with responsibility for:
1. Driving key people initiatives.
2. Developing the HR offering including the ongoing development & implementation of policies and procedures.
3. Leading on change including TUPE.
4. Coaching & mentoring the leadership team in delivering accountable leadership and management.
5. Complex Employee relations.
6. Working with managers and leaders as well as the wider HR team on all aspects of HR including performance management, recruitment, learning & development and ER.
7. Playing a key role on wider business projects, working with a range of stakeholders.
This is a superb opportunity for a self-starter with sound generalist experience, looking to work for a people-centric business going thru a period of significant change & growth. You will play a pivotal important role in HR for the UK business, working collaboratively and where HR is seen as key to business success. You will also have a wealth of exposure to the leadership team.
My client is looking for a commercially astute HR Business Partner with proven experience as an HR generalist, who enjoys operational HR as well as change/longer term projects. You must have a flexible & solutions focused approached and the resilience to take the business & its people through change.
Experience in a fast-paced environment is a must and exposure to a start-up environment is highly beneficial. Ideally your background will be in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics or similar.
This is an onsite role in Northampton but does offer flexibility re start/finish times.
Base salary up to £58k per annum.
