Salary: Associate Grade 6 £36,024 to £44,263 per annum OR Fellow Grade 7 £45,585 to £56,021 per annum, depending on relevant experience.
The role is within the Faculty of Humanities, specifically in the Sociology Division/Team, at the School of Social Sciences, engaging in a project funded by the Leverhulme Trust under the leadership of Professor Tine Buffel.
Job Description
The role involves contributing to an innovative and interdisciplinary research project focused on understanding how urban environments can adapt to the needs of an ageing population. Responsibilities include development of a theoretical framework, stakeholder collaborations, fieldwork, data collection, qualitative data analysis, and dissemination of findings. The research covers case studies in seven cities across the world.
